Terms of Service and Terms of Sale

Range Tracker — rangetracker.arroway.cz. This is a translation. The Czech version prevails (section 14.2).

Effective from 2 November 2026 · Version 2.0 (replaces the version of 14 May 2026)

1. Operator (seller)

Range Tracker at https://rangetracker.arroway.cz (the “Service”) is operated by:

  • Filip Šeřík, a self-employed sole trader (OSVČ)
  • Company ID (IČO): 07763506, not a VAT payer
  • Registered address: Ovenecká 871/13, 170 00 Praha 7 – Holešovice, Czech Republic
  • Registered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register.
  • Contact email: yo@filip.wtf

Below, “we” means the operator and “you” means the user of the Service.

2. Introduction

2.1 These terms govern use of the Service and contracts for the paid Contributor membership and any other paid digital content, concluded at a distance. They are governed by the Czech Civil Code, Act No. 89/2012 Coll.

2.2 You may be a consumer or a business. Provisions that apply only to consumers do not apply to business users.

2.3 By registering or using the Service, you accept these terms. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. The Service

3.1 Range Tracker is a web app for archers. You can keep a training log (sessions, rounds, shots, targets, photos), track equipment (bows, arrow sets), browse and add archery ranges, and take part in events, group sessions and clubs.

3.2 There are two levels. Freemium is free and has no time limit. Contributor is the paid membership. The Service treats it as the member level (the premium-access flag). At the date of this version:

  • Freemium: one bow, at most two ranges of your own, the last 10 finished trainings in the training list, the last 10 finished 3D sessions, and at most 50 entries in the public-session list. Custom targets are unlimited. No arrow sets, no advanced training statistics, no sharing of a private range, no creating events, no creating or managing a club (an assigned manager is the exception), no Yumi AI and no member badge.
  • Contributor: advanced training statistics, more than one bow, arrow sets, ranges of your own above the free limit, a longer training history, a longer 3D session history and a longer public-session list, sharing a private range, creating events, creating a club, club management, Yumi AI, and a member badge. Custom targets are unlimited on Freemium as well.

The Service also shows the free-account limits in the app. Features marked as not yet available, and features reserved for a different access level, are not part of the 200 CZK price until the Service actually unlocks them for Contributor members. What you are buying is shown on the Membership page at the time you order.

3.3 We develop the Service continuously, partly with AI tools, and we may change, add or remove features. If a change would substantially and adversely affect the paid membership, section 11 applies.

4. Account

4.1 Most features need an account. You register and sign in with an email address and password, or with a one-time link sent by email (magic link). The Service does not offer another sign-in method.

4.2 Give accurate information and keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4.3 You must be at least 16 to use the Service. Only someone who is 18 or older, or a younger person with a parent or guardian’s consent, can buy a paid membership.

4.4 We may restrict or close an account that materially or repeatedly breaches these terms. Where the breach allows it, we will warn a paying member first. If we close an account without fault on your part, we will refund the unused part of the price you have paid.

5. Acceptable use

5.1 You must not:

  • post false, unlawful, offensive or harmful content;
  • interfere with the Service’s security, bypass access limits, or probe for vulnerabilities without our prior consent;
  • scrape the Service or overload it with automated traffic;
  • post other people’s personal data without a lawful basis, including non-public range-manager contacts;
  • upload photos you have no rights to, or photos of people who do not agree to publication.

5.2 The Service does not give safety or coaching advice and does not replace instruction. Range information is submitted by users and may be wrong. Check it with the range operator before you visit.

6. User content

6.1 You keep the rights to content you post (logs, photos, range descriptions and the like).

6.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store your content, adapt it technically (for example by resizing photos) and display it according to the visibility settings. The licence lasts while the content is in the Service.

6.3 Content you publish may be visible to other users and, where it is public, to visitors without an account. A public archer profile can show your name or nickname, photo, club, social links, association names, saved bows and arrow sets, and sessions marked public. Public ranges and photos in range or event galleries can be visible without signing in. Email, phone number and payment data are not part of the public profile. Event organisers and club managers see what they need to run the event or club.

6.4 We may remove content that breaches these terms or the law. Report unlawful content to yo@filip.wtf.

7. Contributor membership

7.1 Price: 200 CZK per month. We are not a VAT payer, so the price is final. The current price is always shown on Membership and in checkout.

7.2 Contract: The contract is formed when you complete payment in Stripe Checkout, by confirming the button that commits you to pay. Stripe sets the button label and it follows the language of the checkout page; you see it before you pay. Stripe emails a payment confirmation. We do not store card details. The amount is shown without VAT.

7.3 Recurring billing: The membership is an open-ended subscription billed monthly. The price is charged automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

7.4 Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in the Stripe customer portal (the “Manage subscription” link on the Membership page) or by email to yo@filip.wtf. Cancellation is immediate. Contributor access ends when the subscription is cancelled, and the account returns to Freemium. We do not refund the unused part of a period you have already paid for. The only refund when you cancel is the full first payment under section 8, if you ask within 14 days of that payment.

7.5 Failed payments: Stripe may retry a payment that does not go through. As soon as the subscription is not active, including when it is past due, Contributor features are turned off and the account is Freemium. A failed payment does not delete your data.

7.6 Price changes: We will email you at least 30 days before a price change. The new price applies from the first billing period after that notice. You can cancel before then under section 7.4.

7.7 Free access: You can also get Contributor for a limited time without paying. Free access ends when its period ends and never turns into a paid subscription by itself. It is not an entitlement and cannot be exchanged for money. We may revoke it if it is abused, including by fake accounts created for rewards.

  • Invites: Someone who signs up with a valid invite code gets 7 days of Contributor. The inviter gets 7 days once the invitee logs a first session, if that happens within 30 days of the code being used. An inviter can earn that reward at most four times in any rolling 30 days; further qualified invites in that window add no days. Each account can use one invite, and you cannot use your own code.
  • Promo codes: A promo code unlocks the features and the period stated with the code. Each account can redeem one promo code. Each code has a limited number of redemptions.
  • Individual grants: We may grant access at our discretion, for example to a student or someone in financial difficulty. Email yo@filip.wtf.

7.8 One-off donations: A voluntary one-off contribution (bank transfer, QR payment or Revolut) is a gift to support the project. It does not buy Contributor features or anything else in return, and it is not refundable, except a payment made by mistake.

7.9 Other paid content: Contributor does not include features the Service marks as not yet available. If we later offer other paid digital content, the price and description will be shown before you pay. Section 8 applies to the first payment for that content in the same way.

8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

8.1 A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason.

8.2 Refund of the first payment. If you ask within 14 days of your first Contributor payment, we will refund that payment in full. We do not ask you to tick a consent box in checkout, and we do not ask you to waive withdrawal. A later cancellation is immediate under section 7.4, and we do not refund the unused part of the period.

8.3 The same rule applies to the first payment for other paid digital content under section 7.9: we refund it in full if you ask within 14 days of payment.

8.4 How to withdraw: Email a clear statement to yo@filip.wtf, ideally from your account address. You may use the model form in Annex 1. You meet the deadline if you send the statement before it ends. There is no withdrawal button in the Service.

8.5 We refund within 14 days of withdrawal, using the same payment method (via Stripe), unless we agree otherwise. This does not take away a consumer right the law gives you and that a contract cannot narrow.

9. Complaints about defects

9.1 We are responsible for paid digital content and services matching the contract and the description in the Service, working, and receiving the updates needed to keep them working.

9.2 Report a defect by email to yo@filip.wtf without undue delay. Tell us your account, what is wrong, and how you want it put right. We will confirm receipt by email, deal with the complaint within 30 days, and email you the outcome.

9.3 You are first entitled to have the defect fixed. If we do not fix it in time or at all, or the breach is material, you can ask for a reasonable price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

9.4 We try to limit short outages caused by maintenance or infrastructure. If an outage lasts more than 72 hours without a break, you can ask for a proportionate reduction of the price for that period.

10. Liability

10.1 The free level is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

10.2 Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. The limit does not apply to harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to personal injury, or to consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

10.3 Keep your own copies of important data. The Service has no self-service export of all data. We will provide a copy of your personal data on request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

11.1 We may reasonably change these terms, for example because features, the law or prices change. We will announce a material change by email or in the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect. A price change follows the 30-day notice in section 7.6.

11.2 If you disagree, you can cancel under section 7.4 and ask us to delete your account. Cancellation is immediate and Contributor access ends at once. If we materially worsen the paid features, we will refund the unused part of the price on request.

12. Ending use and deleting your account

12.1 You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, email yo@filip.wtf from your account address. There is no delete-account button in the Service. Cancel the subscription under section 7.4, or we will cancel it when we delete the account.

12.2 We delete data as described in the Privacy Policy, usually within 30 days. We keep records the law requires, such as accounting documents, and we anonymise content that has been shared with the community.

13. Disputes and supervision

13.1 Send complaints to yo@filip.wtf. We usually reply within 30 days.

13.2 Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes: the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Central Inspectorate – ADR department, Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Praha 2, https://adr.coi.cz. You can file within one year of first raising the claim with us.

13.3 Consumer-protection supervision: ČOI (www.coi.cz). Trade-licensing supervision: the competent trade licensing office. Data-protection supervision: the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).

14. Final provisions

14.1 Czech law applies. A consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory laws of the EU country where they habitually live.

14.2 The contract is concluded in Czech. This English text is a translation. If the two differ, the Czech version prevails.

14.3 We archive each version of these terms. On request we will send you the version that applied when you contracted. You can save and print this text.

14.4 If any provision is invalid, the rest stays in effect.
