1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Arroway Range Tracker at https://rangetracker.arroway.cz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Filip (sole operator), Czech Republic.

2. About This Service

2.1 What the Service Does

Arroway Range Tracker is a web application for archers to log training sessions, track progress, and browse or contribute information about 3D archery ranges.

2.2 The Service Is Free

Arroway Range Tracker is completely free to use. There is no subscription, no paywall, and no in-app payment of any kind. All core features are available to every registered user at no cost.

2.3 Built with AI — Transparency Notice

This Service — including its code, functionality, and these legal documents — has been developed with substantial assistance from artificial intelligence tools. We are transparent about this so users can approach the Service with appropriate expectations. Errors or unexpected behaviour may occur. If you experience anything unusual, please contact us at yo@filip.wtf. We take all feedback seriously and respond personally.

3. Account Registration

You must register with a valid email to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, take responsibility for your account, and be at least 16 years old.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content, scrape the Service, or submit third-party personal data without a lawful basis.

5. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us the right to store and display it within the Service. We do not verify user-submitted range data and accept no responsibility for its accuracy.

6. Supporter Access via Ko-fi

The app is completely free. Some extra features are unlocked as a thank-you for users who voluntarily support us on Ko-fi (ko-fi.com/arroway). This is not a subscription or paid product. It is optional support, and the extra features are our way of saying thank you.

6.1 How It Works

Ko-fi is a fully separate, independent platform. If you make a voluntary contribution there and wish to receive the extra features, you let us know. We manually activate those features on your account as a gesture of appreciation.

6.2 Complete Separation of Platforms

There is no API connection, data sync, or any technical link between Ko-fi and Arroway Range Tracker. The platforms are entirely independent. We never receive your payment details or any financial data from Ko-fi. Any Ko-fi transaction is governed solely by Ko-fi's own privacy policy and terms of service.

6.3 Activation

Activation of extra features is done manually, typically within 48 hours of being notified of your support. It is a thank-you gesture, not a guaranteed delivery. For questions, contact us at yo@filip.wtf.

6.4 Refunds

We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds. Ko-fi contribution refunds are handled under Ko-fi's own refund policy.

6.5 Future Changes

We may in future introduce direct in-app billing. Separate terms would apply and would be clearly presented before any payment is taken.

7. Intellectual Property

The Arroway Range Tracker branding and design are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, personal licence to use the Service for non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the content you submit.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. In particular:

• The Service is developed with AI assistance and may contain errors or unexpected behaviour
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• User-submitted range data may be inaccurate — verify directly with the range
• The Service does not provide archery safety advice and is not a substitute for proper instruction

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Since the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to any amounts actually paid to us in the preceding 12 months, which in most cases will be zero.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account within the Service. Data is deleted within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before taking effect, by email or in-app notice. Continued use after that date means acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Czech law and applicable EU law. EU consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence. For informal resolution, contact us at yo@filip.wtf first.
